Artist enquiries

We save the details you submit so LimeLogic can discuss a listening room with you. Only the owner can read and manage enquiries. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or commit you to payment.

Listening

We collect first-party song starts, whether started manually or by continuous play, and approximate active listened time. Random session identifiers expire after an hour. Listening records do not include your name or email and do not identify the same person across devices. No advertising trackers are added.

Favourites and the continuous-play preference are saved in your browser on this device. Clearing browser storage removes them. A temporary first-party session cookie supports enquiry retries and listening measurement.

Retention

Raw play records are retained for 30 days and daily totals for 90 days. Closed enquiries are retained for 90 days after closure; open conversations remain until resolved. If Peter Sandy notes a demo conversation with an artist, only the artist or act name, date and a short note are kept, for 90 days after the conversation. Expired records are removed in bounded cleanup batches during site activity or owner maintenance. Rate-limit counters expire with their short request windows. No raw IP address is stored in these application records.
